• The promoter of €12,500 Weekly Twister Race (the “Promotion”) is NetBet Enterprises Ltd. with registered address at Ewropa Business Centre, Level 3, Suite 704, Office A, Dun Karm Street, Birkirkara, BKR9034, Malta.
• To participate in this Promotion, players must opt-in via the Poker software once.
• Weekly qualifying period: Monday 00:00 BST – Sunday 23:59 BST.
• Players can achieve only 1 prize per leaderboard.
• In the event that 2 or more players end the weekly qualification period with the same number of points, the player that reached their final number of points first will be ranked higher in the leaderboard.
• Twister entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Twister entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued.
• If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, NetBet will return the buy-in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. NetBet will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
• To be able to play at NetBet it is necessary to be 18+ and not be prohibited from participating in gaming activities for any reason.
• NetBet and/or any third party providing services to NetBet in connection with this Promotion (the “Third Party”), reserve the right to exclude players that participate in the Promotion with multiple accounts.
• Should we have any reason to believe that either an account or group of accounts are operating systematically, e.g. using specific betting techniques or group wagering, NetBet reserves the right to block or permanently close all accounts. In these circumstances, accounts will be automatically excluded from any further participation in the promotion even if they have already begun depositing or wagering for it.
• Employees, any family members of employees, of NetBet and/or NetBet’s Group (as defined below), and/or their agents, may not take part in this Promotion.
  “NetBet’s Group” means, in respect of NetBet, its ultimate parent company, together with every direct or indirect, subsidiaries and affiliated companies of that ultimate parent company, and their respective successors and assigns.
